This plant’s official name is Melissa officinalis, and there are so many Benefits of Lemon Balm.  This perennial herbaceous plant is in the mint family.  It is easily grown in your home garden.

There are so many uses for this wonderfully lemony-smelling, super tasty herb.  It is often used for culinary purposes to make teas, marinate chicken or fish, or flavor baked foods and jams.
